Lee was knowledgeable about the range of bikes and went off to make some enquiries for me, plus they had a demonstrator in store for the S2 range. Deborah came back to me with all the details I needed and after a bit of indecision I went for the livewire one and based on my conversations and plans to come up to Guildford and visit, they got a brand new LW1 and a demonstrator in for that weekend - amazing! I travelled up from Somerset and the bikes were there as promised, I bought the new one which is just as well since the demonstrator sold to someone else. There was a minor issue with my bike which Lee sorted that day and even shouted me lunch while I waited!! What a great team, what a great shop and what a great experience. I interacted with Deborah who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I could secure the bike and colour I wanted. All the way through Deborah was very communicative and made the process super easy.\n\nWhen I picked the bike up, the customer service was excellent.
