From start to finish, they were genuine, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There were no pushy sales tactics at all—just a clear passion for their business and a real commitment to looking after their customers, both new and returning.\nTheir showroom is fully kitted out with a fantastic and impressive display of bikes, and it’s clear they take pride in what they offer. They also have an on-site workshop with experienced mechanics, which gives real peace of mind. Recently, they serviced the bike for us, fitted new brake pads, and carried out a full check-over to keep everything in top condition—all at a very competitive price.\nWhat really stands out is their ongoing support—they’re always available to offer helpful advice and ensure you’re getting the best out of your bike.\nA nice little bonus when you visit & arrive Deborah is also on hand to make a great coffee from their coffee machine,\nI would highly recommend Motor Ebikes Guildford to anyone looking for a trustworthy company with a great selection of electric bikes. Truly superb customer service","rating":5},{"author_name":"Pawel Lubczynski","relative_time_description":"3 weeks ago","text":"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\nI'm really happy with the service I received from this electric motorbike shop. Lee was knowledgeable about the range of bikes and went off to make some enquiries for me, plus they had a demonstrator in store for the S2 range. Deborah came back to me with all the details I needed and after a bit of indecision I went for the livewire one and based on my conversations and plans to come up to Guildford and visit, they got a brand new LW1 and a demonstrator in for that weekend - amazing! I travelled up from Somerset and the bikes were there as promised, I bought the new one which is just as well since the demonstrator sold to someone else. There was a minor issue with my bike which Lee sorted that day and even shouted me lunch while I waited!! What a great team, what a great shop and what a great experience. If customer service matters to you, you won’t go wrong here; I will be taking my bike back to them for servicing too: thanks to you both for making it a great buying experience… the bike is awesome too!!!","rating":5},{"author_name":"Reiss Lewis","relative_time_description":"3 months ago","text":"Great company to use.
